SOME OTHER PLACE SERIES

“Some Other Place” is a series of 12 oil paintings on canvas on panel created from 2017-2019.

There is another place that is here within the reality that we know and experience directly but we fail to acknowledge. It is not a “parallel universe” or an “alternate reality”. The Other Place is where we live, but beyond our understanding. It is a harmony we are within, a deep physics that is invisible. Painting is my demonstration of the potential to acknowledge this true place. It is our task to dissolve the illusion of our separate existence from that harmony.
